CFO Daniëlle van der Sluijs set to leave Nedap

07 Jan 2025

Her formal resignation as statutory director will take place immediately after the annual general meeting (AGM) on April 17, 2025.

Van der Sluijs joined Nedap as CFO on March 1, 2020, and was appointed a statutory director at the AGM on June 25, 2020.

Daniëlle van der Sluijs: “The past five years at Nedap have been intense and inspiring. During this time, we have laid a solid foundation together and developed and implemented the Step Up! strategy. Nedap underwent a transformation during turbulent times marked by COVID and geopolitical unrest, evolving into a digital twin technology company with a ‘create and scale’ strategy in four key markets. The recent presentation of the refined strategy during the Capital Markets Day marked the beginning of an important new phase for Nedap. It also provided an opportunity to discuss my role in the future composition of the leadership with the Supervisory Board. Together, we concluded that continuing my career outside Nedap would give me the space to pursue my personal ambitions. I look back on a wonderful period at Nedap and am especially proud of the collective achievements with amazing colleagues.”

Peter van Bommel, chair Supervisory Board: “We thank Daniëlle for her valuable contribution during a time of change and challenges for Nedap. Under her financial leadership, a solid foundation for the future has been established, and her role in the development and implementation of the Step Up! strategy has been of great significance. Nedap is now entering a new phase, during which the organization will take further steps to realize the refined strategy. This also requires a reevaluation of the leadership team and a composition that aligns with the direction we envision as an organization. We wish Daniëlle good luck in her future career.”
