“Specifically designed to cleverly optimize traffic flow whilst still maintaining a high degree of versatility and unhindered access for emergency services – Nedap has intelligently engineered the world’s first dedicated vehicle access control platform,” motivated the jury.
Mobility in smart cities
Earlier this year, Nedap launched MOOV. It is the world’s first access control system specifically designed to optimize mobility in smart cities, corporate estates and other parking facilities. With this new solution, Nedap responds to the worldwide trend towards smarter cities and the increasing focus on mobility challenges in those cities. MOOV offers dedicated modules for access control to cities, business parks with multiple tenants and pre-booked parking spaces.
“Nedap is very pleased with the acknowledgement and confidence in the first dedicated vehicle access control system: MOOV,” says Michiel Rijssemus, Business Development Manager at Nedap Mobility Solutions. “The award recognizes our commitment to offer innovative solutions for the mobility challenges that cities and corporate facilities face nowadays.”
