Do you like to delve into target groups and is writing a communication plan second nature to you? Then this graduation project may be just what you are looking for!

At Nedap Staffing Solutions, we are currently mapping out the different user groups of Flux. We are looking for a graduate who can help us with this task. As a graduate, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing our target audience, so that a communication plan can be developed based on these insights. This will allow us to better align our communication with the wishes and needs of our users.

You will be carrying out this assignment for a software solution called Flux. Flux helps other companies deal with fluctuations in labor capacity. We support companies in forecasting, planning, and registering labor for both flexible and permanent staff.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Identifying the different user groups of the Flux software solution;
• Creating personas based on the identified user groups;
• Advising the Customer Excellence team on the implementation of the communication plan and the best ways to reach the target audiences;
• Testing and optimizing the communication plan to improve its effectiveness.

Our offer

As an intern or graduate student at Nedap, you can work both remotely and at our cool campus in Groenlo. Of course, this is done in consultation with your team and the possibilities depend a bit on your work, but the choice is yours.

To thank you for your efforts, every six months we organize a 'Nedap Studentday' specially for you. It is a super fun day with all the other interns, graduates and working students at Nedap. 

We also offer you a decent monthly internship or graduation allowance. For a fulltime internship or graduation assignment, you'll receive between €325,- and €650,- per month. And if both parties like it, we may even offer you a job. Many students have already stayed on after their assignment!
