Graduation Assignment – Data & Partner Performance

What are you going to do?

As a Data & Partner Performance graduation intern within the Technical Support team at Nedap Security, you will work on a data-driven approach to make the success and self-sufficiency of our business partners measurable and transparent. Our solutions are implemented worldwide through a partner network. The more independently our partners operate, the more scalable we become, but measuring that isn’t straightforward.

You will develop a Partner Self-Sufficiency Index and translate data from various sources (support, revenue, quality, etc.) into one real-time dashboard. You will examine the quality of support tickets, define what makes a ‘good’ ticket, and analyze how often issues could have been solved by partners themselves. Based on your findings, you will advise on where to invest in partner development and how to move from gut feeling to fact-based decision-making.

Your responsibilities

  • Explore: You dive into partner support and performance processes and identify where data can add value.
  • Analyze: You assess the data maturity of the team/department.
  • Model: You design a data model and assess its maturity, including data flows and governance.
  • Visualize: You build a real-time dashboard that presents the Partner Self-Sufficiency Index and related KPIs.
  • Advise: You translate insights into concrete recommendations for partner development and investment decisions.

We support our partners in the implementation and maintenance of our access solutions, aiming for a frictionless experience for both partners and their customers. We value a critical mindset, curiosity, and ownership. You’ll have the freedom to take initiative, bring structure, and create real impact through your analyses.

Our offer

As an intern or graduation project student at Nedap, you can work either remotely or on our amazing campus in Groenlo, in consultation with your team. The choice is yours. You will have plenty of space to take the lead in your assignment, with personal leadership and individual responsibility being central. You will collaborate with passionate professionals from whom you can learn a lot.

As a token of our appreciation for your efforts, we organize a 'Nedap Student Day' every six months, a fun day with all interns, graduation project students, and working students at Nedap. Additionally, we offer a monthly internship or graduation project allowance ranging between €325 and €650 per month.

Required experience and skills

You collaborate easily with different teams within Nedap Security and can clearly translate your analyses into concrete actions. You communicate effectively with colleagues and partners and quickly connect data insights to real-world situations.

You are curious, critical, and independent. You enjoy diving into data, asking sharp questions, and are not satisfied with the first answer that comes along.

You also recognize yourself in the following:

  • Education: You are a bachelor’s or master’s student in Business Information Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Data & tools: Experience with data analysis and dashboards (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase) is a plus.
  • Modeling: You think conceptually and can structure complex (data) environments.
  • Language: You have a good command of Dutch and/or English.

For this graduation assignment, we expect you to be present at our office in Groenlo at least 3 to 4 days a week.
