For many years Nedap has been working in several different market groups because this enables us to develop market-, customer- and people-oriented technological solutions. However, despite the many advantages this brings, many business processes are characterized by market group-specific exceptions. Sometimes this leads to complexity, whereas we strive for clarity and simplicity.
For this reason, major steps have already been taken in recent years to identify all business processes so that we can make them scalable for the future. To enable this, the applications we use must be further optimized.
We are increasingly using Cloud-based solutions to replace On Premise solutions. This is not so much about the individual applications, but about the quality of the data. We want to achieve this with standard processes and applications that integrate excellently. We want to define a future-proof architecture and map out a roadmap that closely matches the needs of the organization.
Do you want to help us define the roadmap to our future and gain valuable insights as well as a good understanding of primary business processes? Then this graduation project is exactly what you are looking for!
Within Nedap you will be working in the ITAS (Information Technology and Application Services) department. The ITAS team supports the business units by making knowledge and resources available whenever one of the business units needs them. ITAS provides IT services for all business units within Nedap and ensures the correct operation of these services. We manage the corporate applications and translate the needs from the business units into scalable application solutions.
Within the ITAS department, you will work closely with the Applications team. They strive to provide the highest level of quality possible for our solutions, with security being a key component. Our colleagues have a rich experience in business processes.
Creativity, technological knowledge and a boundless curiosity about what makes people successful are the most important pillars within Nedap. You will therefore get plenty of opportunities to develop yourself and learn from your colleagues. Even though we currently mainly work from home, you will receive good supervision. In addition to a monthly internship allowance, you are also welcome to attend the 'Nedap Student Day' which is organized every six months.
