Graduation assignment – UX Researcher

  • Location Groenlo
  • Business unit Healthcare

What are you going to do?

As a graduate student at Nedap, you will play a key role in improving our platform Ons Overleggen, which is currently used by FACT teams in mental health care. Your assignment focuses on researching and designing a tool that better supports Multidisciplinary Consultations (MDCs) across various healthcare sectors, such as elderly care, disability care, and mental health care.

Your research will lay the foundation for expanding this platform to other healthcare areas, where daily consultations and decision-making between healthcare professionals can be made more efficient. The ultimate goal is to discover how MDCs can be improved to enhance the quality of care and optimize collaboration between healthcare providers.

Your responsibilities

  • Observing Multidisciplinary Consultations (MDCs) in various healthcare institutions and analyzing how healthcare professionals collaborate;
  • Conducting in-depth research into the needs of healthcare professionals through interviews and user research;
  • Designing and developing concepts for consultation tools that improve collaboration and decision-making within healthcare teams;
  • Collaborating with experts within Nedap Healthcare and developing new ideas and solutions.

The insights and results from your research will form the basis for improvements that may be implemented as early as 2025.
