Graduation Project Mobile User Experience

  • Location Groenlo
  • Business unit Healthcare

Nedap Healthcare has multiple apps for care professionals that work in the community. These apps support, for example, nurses and have the goal to take as much work out of their hands as possible. This is your chance to make a great contribution here! At the moment, we have multiple apps that provide professionals insight in their daily planning or client dossiers, of help them with tasks such as verifying that the medication they are administering is correct. But working with several apps can be confusing and offering a range of apps costs a lot of technical effort. In this graduation project you will help us with the conceptualization of 1 app for all mobile functionalities.

By talking to end-users or organizing creative sessions you map how professionals work. Then, you translate these insights creatively into a design in Figma, Sketch or a similar program. You test these designs with end-users, but also with the people within Nedap Healthcare, such as app-developers and account managers.

Nedap Healthcare offers the Ons suite to care professionals in elderly care, care for the handicapped and mental healthcare. The Ons suite aids these professionals in providing better care by lowering the burden of administrative work and by supporting them in performing their care duties. An important part of the Ons suite are the mobile apps that offer these functionalities for care professionals on the go.

Your team

You will be working in the Mobile team of Nedap Healthcare. This team consists of app-decvelopers and UX specialists. Our motto is ‘working together on better care’, whereby combine our efforts in order to ease the lives of care professional, informal caregivers, and clients. We believe in the strength of collaboration; we appreciate each initiative or good idea and we wholeheartedly encourage you to bring in your opinion.

You will work with enthusiastic professionals who have a lot of knowledge, experience, and expertise from whom you can learn a lot.

To thank you for your efforts, every six months we organize a 'Nedap Studentday' specially for you. It is a super fun day with all the other interns, graduates and working students at Nedap.

We also offer you a decent monthly internship or graduation allowance. For a fulltime internship or graduation assignment, you'll receive between €325,- and €650,- per month. And if both parties like it, we may even offer you a job. Many students have already stayed on after their assignment!
