What are you going to do?
At Nedap Security, we develop technology that helps organizations worldwide make their access control smarter and more secure. We do this through an international network of business partners who implement our solutions for their customers.
To further strengthen this collaboration, we want to make all relevant partner information — such as CRM data, orders, revenue, and technical issues accessible in one central location. This way, our Channel Partner Manager can instantly see how a partner is performing and make better decisions more quickly.
During your internship, you will design and develop a dashboard that consolidates all partner data from various systems and makes it available in (near) real time.
Your responsibilities
- Analyze: Map out what partner information is available in existing systems (CRM, order management, service tools, etc.).
- Design: Determine, together with stakeholders, which insights are relevant and how they should be best presented.
- Integrate: Explore how data from different sources can be connected to create a complete and up-to-date overview.
- Develop: Build a first working prototype of the dashboard.
- Test: Validate your solution together with Channel Partner Managers and colleagues from other departments.
You’ll ensure that all information about our partners comes together in one central place: clear, reliable, and user-friendly.
Your team
You will be part of the Nedap Security team in Groenlo. This team develops access control solutions used by organizations worldwide.
You’ll work closely with our Channel Partner Manager and colleagues from various disciplines, such as sales, support, and IT. You’ll have plenty of freedom to shape the assignment in your own way, while receiving guidance from experienced specialists within the team.
Our offer
As an intern or graduation project student at Nedap, you can work either remotely or on our amazing campus in Groenlo, in consultation with your team. The choice is yours. You will have plenty of space to take the lead in your assignment, with personal leadership and individual responsibility being central. You will collaborate with passionate professionals from whom you can learn a lot.
As a token of our appreciation for your efforts, we organize a 'Nedap Student Day' every six months, a fun day with all interns, graduation project students, and working students at Nedap. Additionally, we offer a monthly internship or graduation project allowance ranging between €325 and €650 per month.
Required experience and skills
You are an analytical and independent student with an interest in data, technology, and business processes. You enjoy bringing structure to complex information flows and like to think about how data can improve collaboration.
In addition, you bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s or applied sciences degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Business IT & Management, or a related field.
- Data analysis: Experience working with data sources and combining datasets.
- Visualization: Knowledge of dashboards and data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and align different interests.
- Language skills: Good command of English; Dutch is a plus.
During your internship, you’ll be expected to be on-site at our Groenlo office at least three days per week.
