What are you going to do?
Are you a 3rd- or 4th-year MBO or HBO student with an interest in system administration and modern Microsoft technologies? This internship at Nedap offers you the opportunity to apply your knowledge in practice and grow within a professional IT environment.
As a Microsoft Administrator intern, you will support our Microsoft Engineers in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure. You’ll have the opportunity to work independently on your own project while collaborating with experienced colleagues who will guide you throughout your internship.
Your responsibilities
- Recurring maintenance tasks: Assist with daily operational tasks within our Microsoft environment.
- Testing & documentation: Test, document, and optimize new configurations and procedures.
- Project contribution: Contribute to ongoing IT improvement projects.

You’ll work from our Groenlo office as part of an enthusiastic and skilled IT team that values collaboration and continuous learning.

As an intern or graduation project student at Nedap, you can work either remotely or on our amazing campus in Groenlo, in consultation with your team. The choice is yours. You will have plenty of space to take the lead in your assignment, with personal leadership and individual responsibility being central. You will collaborate with passionate professionals from whom you can learn a lot.
As a token of our appreciation for your efforts, we organize a 'Nedap Student Day' every six months, a fun day with all interns, graduation project students, and working students at Nedap. Additionally, we offer a monthly internship or graduation project allowance ranging between €325 and €650 per month.
Required experience and skills
You’re a curious and independent student with an interest in technology and system management. You work with precision, take initiative, and enjoy learning by doing. Whether you’re collaborating with colleagues or working independently, you care about quality and thrive in an environment where technology and learning come together.
You also bring:
- Education: 3rd- or 4th-year MBO or HBO student in ICT Management, System Administration, or a related field.
- Microsoft technologies: knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra, Intune, and macOS.
- Networking & security: basic understanding of networking and security principles.
- Documentation: experience with documenting procedures or technical manuals.
- Availability: present at our Groenlo office at least three to four days per week.
