With the Ons suite, Nedap Healthcare has a total digital solution to support healthcare professionals in elderly care, disability care and mental health care. With the Ons suite, they can view client files, arrange their schedules, take care of billing, and so on.
There are many tools for determining the quality of a digital service, consider the Net Promoter Score (NPS) or the System Usability Scale (SUS). However, these tend to focus on consumers performing tasks not linked to work (think online shopping). We'd like to know how the Us suite as a whole or a specific, new feature scores in terms of user experience and hope you can help us develop a measurement tool (a short questionnaire, or some targeted questions) for that.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Identifying tools to use to determine the user experience of online services;
- Creating a measurement instrument to determine the user experience of the Us suite (or part of it);
- Validating your measurement tool with end users.
Your team
Because your research covers the entire Ons suite, you will work with many different people. The most you will work with are our UX specialists and the Product analytics team.

Our offer
As a graduate student at Nedap, you can work both remotely and at our exciting campus in Groenlo. This will of course be done in consultation with your team and the possibilities depend on your work, but the choice is yours.

You will work with enthusiastic professionals who have a lot of knowledge, experience and expertise and from whom you can learn a lot.
To thank you for your efforts, we also organize a 'Nedap Studentday' every six months, especially for you. A super fun day with all the other interns, graduates and working students at Nedap.
We also offer you a decent monthly internship or graduation allowance. For a full-time internship or graduation assignment, you'll receive between €325 and €650 per month. And if both parties like it, we may even offer you a job. Many students have stuck around after their assignment!
Required experience and skills
For this assignment we are looking for someone with knowledge of UX and experience doing end-user research (such as usability testing) as part of your studies. In addition, you are proficient with statistics and a statistical program (such as SPSS or R). Your strong oral and written communication skills enable you to communicate effectively with different audiences. Experience with the medical field is not a requirement, an interest in it is.
Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following points:
- You are currently studying in the direction of medical information science, health sciences, psychology or technical communication;
- Good command of the Dutch language.
