In this role, you will look for the perfect candidates for specific vacancies and at the same time build a strong talent pool, so we can recruit the right candidates and bind them to Nedap. What will you be doing?

As a Talent Sourcer, you find it a challenge to find the needle in the haystack. You know better than anyone how to find that needle because you have a good picture of the labor market and know the needs of our market groups. You know what is going on now and where the needs are in the longer term. You adapt your search strategy to this. You think ahead and know how to enthuse candidates and keep them warm. Building and maintaining a talent pool is essential in this job.

Your team

The recruitment team is part of the HR team within Nedap and falls under Nedap Algemeen. The recruitment team consists of corporate recruiters in the field of business & IT and campus recruiters. You will also work closely with our colleagues from employer branding/communications to devise specific campaigns to better reach your target group. Humor, entrepreneurship, ambition and collaboration play an important role in the team. You will get the responsibility you ask for and desire.

Our offer

As a student within the recruitment team you get the opportunity to learn a lot and to provide us with new input. Even though we mainly work from home, you will receive good guidance and personal contact is assured. In addition to your monthly salary, you are welcome to attend the 'Nedap Student Day' which is organized every six months. This will also bring you into contact with interns, graduates and other working students in other market groups within Nedap. 

Required experience and skills

Your work will mainly consist of finding and binding the best technical and business talent. Therefore we are looking for someone with the following qualities and skills:

  • You are currently working on a college or university degree;
  • You have good communication skills;
  • Work experience or knowledge of recruitment is a plus;
  • You have a good command of both the Dutch and English language;
  • You are available for at least 16 hours a week, flexible.
