Global Client Programme by Nedap wins GIT Security Award

14 nov 2019

Nedap’s Global Client Programme has won the public vote in this year’s GIT Security Awards. The programme, designed to help multinationals synchronise security globally, offers a cost effective and efficient framework for standardising security. It provides a project rollout system managed by Nedap and is used by organisations worldwide to streamline their international implementation and maintenance of AEOS, Nedap’s access control system.

Reduced risk and being in control
A key aim of the Global Client Programme is to remove the stress of unifying global security. Nedap takes care of project management and local coordination centrally, supported by a network of local installation and service partners. Which enables clients to keep security risks under control at each location. As all sites are connected to one server, global corporate security can be controlled from one location. The programme also ensures local sites to onboard corporate security policies without difficulties, which helps to ensure compliance and control over potential risks.

Increased flexibility
Whether there is a need for adding new functionalities, new locations or integrating additional systems, a great advantage of the programme is that it provides the flexibility to scale and future-proof access control; essential in a world that constantly changes.

Global security for life
Jasper Sterenberg, team lead on Nedap’s global accounts says: “It’s really gratifying to see how many people value our Global Client Programme, as this award validates. Efficiency is a priority for most businesses today. The Global Client Programme not only simplifies a complex process of standardising access control internationally, it also creates commercial opportunities. By giving people and businesses the freedom and safety to make the most of each day, the programme contributes to increased productivity, creativity and fulfillment, which exemplifies our ‘Security for life’ philosophy.”

Users cast their vote
The award was presented to Nedap by Dr. Heiko Baumgartner (pictured), chief editor of GIT Security. A jury of industry association representatives, integrators and users put the Global Client Programme forward for this GIT award. Readers and users got the final say by voting for it as a winner.
