As an Senior HR Business Partner at Nedap, you are responsible for developing and executing the HR strategy for the Security Management business unit. The Security Management business unit develops access control and security systems for companies and institutions worldwide. Examples of customers include Airbus, Unilever, Schiphol, Volkswagen, HSBC, and major government agencies worldwide. Currently, this business unit is on the verge of an internal transition. Therefore, we are currently seeking a talented HR Business Partner to join our team. This transition will impact various aspects, including organizational structure, work methodologies, leadership, and, of course, the individual.

There are various areas where professionalization is possible, including the employee journey and experience of our colleagues. From how someone takes their first steps at Nedap Security Management to how they can further develop within the group. It is also important to ensure that someone leaves the organization satisfied for a new adventure. In addition, there is a change task within the Security Management business unit.

Responsibilities associated with this role include:
  • Acting as a sparring partner for the managing directors, captains, and employees of the Security Management business unit regarding how further growth and development can be achieved and on HR-related issues.
  • Developing and implementing the HR strategy and strategic priorities in collaboration with the business unit and/or other HR Business Partners, guided by our vision on people, culture, and leadership. In doing so, you observe, listen, and anticipate within this business unit to do what helps people perform their work effectively.
  • Contributing to the development of HR activities and translating them to employees and captains in your business unit and teams.
  • Providing requested and unsolicited advice to the managing director and captains on HR-related matters.

Your team

As an HR Business Partner, you will be part of the HR Business Partner team, which consists of a number of other HR Business Partners with their own market groups, an HR employee who supports the HR Business Partners administratively and with advice, and an HR employee who manages and further develops our HR systems. You will also work closely with other HR areas of expertise, namely Recruitment and People Development. In addition, you will work intensively with the stakeholders of your market group.

What you can count on in the role of Senior HR Business Partner:
  • A salary between €3.886 and €6.047 per month based on 38 hours;

- A completed college or university degree, preferably in Human Resource Management;
- Demonstrated experience in change management issues;
- A plus: Experience in setting up a performance management cycle, or an organization where performance management was part of the culture;

  • A completed college or university degree, preferably in Human Resource Management;
  • Demonstrated experience in change management issues;
  • A plus: Experience in setting up a performance management cycle, or an organization where performance management was part of the culture;
  • A good command of the English and Dutch languages.
