Sustainable impact
Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. It is not just about meeting regulatory demands, but about making meaningful, long-term contributions to our environment, our people, and our stakeholders.
Four focus areas
Our sustainable impact strategy is built on four focus areas: our employees, operations, products, and customers. Each with specific goals aimed at creating lasting, positive change.
Our employees
Our commitment to sustainability begins with our people. We provide a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment that fosters development and well-being. Every Nedapper is encouraged to spend at least 40 hours a year on personal and professional growth, ensuring they are equipped for the future.
Our operations
We aim to minimize our environmental impact through smart, sustainable operations. From reducing carbon emissions to adopting renewable energy and sustainable building practices, we are on a path to achieving net-zero emissions by 2030.
Our solutions
We believe that what happens beyond our operations is where the most significant sustainability gains can be made. We reduce our carbon footprint by optimizing the electricity consumption of our solutions and introducing circular design principles to extend their value and ensure they can be effectively recycled.
Our customers
The greatest impact can be made with the use of our products. Our solutions enable customers to operate more sustainably, whether by reducing waste, cutting carbon emissions or optimizing energy usage.
We are proud to have been awarded a silver EcoVadis medal, placing us among the top 15% of companies worldwide for sustainability. This recognition highlights our dedication to upholding the highest environmental, social, and governance standards.
