Are you looking for a commercial challenge? Are you able to expand our market share, by activating partnerships and successfully realizing and closing new sales? Then we may be looking for you. Nedap Identification Systems is looking for an Account & Alliance Manager.
As Account & Alliance Manager within Nedap Identification Systems you will be responsible for the commercial success of our reader proposition in the Netherlands. You will be the commercial point of contact for some of our partners and further build our positioning through an active commercial attitude and corresponding actions. Your main focus will be on identifying new projects and successfully selling and realizing these projects in cooperation with these partners. A challenging role in which you plan, initiate, present, negotiate, close deals, supervise projects and grow sales.
In addition, as Alliance Manager you will be the driving force for improving our relationships with technology partners we work with on a global scale. These include product managers and sales managers for access control platforms. Where the first line relationship is mostly maintained by your colleagues, you will ensure that there is structural attention to maximize the success created by these relationships.

Your team

In Europe you will be part of the commercial team who are open to your insights and from whom you will learn a lot in terms of products, market and sales approach. In addition, in this role you will work closely with colleagues from marketing, product management and technical operations. Because of the short lines of communication, we are able to adequately serve our customers and continue our growth.

Required experience and skills

The above description excites you and you can't wait to roll up your sleeves and get to work. You are action and results oriented and commerce is your second nature. You are not afraid to step outside your comfort zone to get a deal and you have the ambition to develop yourself further in the future. Furthermore, you have the following characteristics:
  • HBO or WO level, direction Business Administration or related education;
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in an IT environment;
  • Experience with selling hardware and software products is an advantage;
  • Good command of the English language;
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
