What are you going to do?
We are looking for an Account Manager who can strengthen customer relationships and help healthcare organizations maximize the value of our solutions.As an Account Manager, your mission is to ensure our clients are successful in using our solutions. These solutions are used daily by professionals to create “more time for care.”
Your responsibilities
- Client relationships: Establishing and maintaining sustainable client relationships at strategic and tactical levels.
- Positioning: Expanding our network within the client organization to optimally position Nedap’s solutions for successful deployment.
- Seizing opportunities: Identifying and leveraging commercial opportunities that make our support more relevant for the client.
- Connecting: Connecting and coordinating all involved parties, such as Business Partners, support teams, and colleagues, to handle questions efficiently and work together towards achieving our goals.
- Market signals: Ensuring that client inquiries and signals from healthcare organizations are incorporated into our internal discussions about further development (such as our roadmap).
- Negotiation: Conducting negotiations and building structural collaborations, such as framework agreements and strategic partnerships.
- Customer satisfaction: Keeping a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention, using a data- and results-driven approach.

Required experience and skills
As an Account Manager, you are a driven professional who helps organizations succeed through the use of our solutions and builds relationships to do so.In addition, you recognise yourself in the following:
- Education-level: Higher education (HBO+/WO), preferably in business, commerce, or a healthcare-related field.
- Experience: Experience in account management, customer success, sales, or a similar role in a complex B2B environment.
- Tech-savvy: Experience with complex IT solutions (SaaS) and/or affinity with healthcare.
- Client level: Comfortable working with highly educated professionals.
- Communication: Strong analytical and communication skills to translate client needs into action.
- Mindset: Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset—you see and seize opportunities.
- Data-driven: Experience working with data to identify opportunities and risks for clients.
- Language: A good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written, is required.
