- Livestock Management
As an agricultural engineer, you are the connecting factor with practice. Your contribution to the team ensures that creative innovative ideas are actually put into practice. You put a new concept idea into the field and validate it. You involve your team members in the validation process and ensure that everyone learns from what does and does not work in the real world. You are responsible for the continuous feedback loop from our users and test the workability of tomorrow's solution. You take care of the 'Reality Check' of each development iteration and provide valuable input for the next iteration.
You will be working in a newly established team that is jointly responsible for progressive innovation. From the very beginning, discovering a potential new idea, to delivering a proven concept with business case to Product Management. The team consists of specialists who search externally for new disruptive market and technology opportunities, but also convert hands-on ideas into concepts that are immediately tested by means of proof of concepts. In short, a group of pioneers who complement each other and together like to push the boundaries of what is possible in the market.
Naturally, we offer excellent primary and secondary conditions. For example, you are responsible for your own working hours and holidays. Nobody keeps track of this, we rely on your own responsibility. In addition, we offer you the means to fulfil your responsibilities. Financially, things are also well organised here. In addition to your salary and holiday allowance, Nedap offers a 13th month, a profit allowance and the option of shares. We also have a very attractive pension scheme. But above all, we invest in your development! Nedap does not have a pot for your development. In addition to our extensive induction programme and personal development programme, we would like to explore your potential with you.
