As Application Support Manager Dairy Europe, you will be responsible for supporting and training Dairy farming business partners in installation and use of our products. The focus here is on our MilkingControl and FarmControl products. The MilkingControl solutions, include a range of smart milking monitoring and management tools to do that. They make the milking process exceptionally fast and efficient, in the most friendly way possible for the farmer, the cow and the milk. In combination with our FarmControl solutions, each cow can be managed individually by being identified using RFID (Radio Frequency Identification).
You provide this support both from the Nedap headquarters in Groenlo and on location at business partners and end users abroad. You know how to translate the feedback into concrete improvement proposals for Product Management and R&D. You are also able to further optimize our training and documentation on the basis of your findings.
Your team
As Application Support Manager Dairy Europe, you will be part of the Technical Operations team. This team consists of Application and Technical Support colleagues, with whom you will work closely together. They operate from the headquarters in Groenlo, but also from other parts of the world. You will also work closely together with our Key Account and Business Development Managers.Our offer

You have strong communications skills and are service-oriented and are customer-friendly. You like to travel for work and have awareness about cultural differences.In addition, you have:
- HBO working and thinking level with preference in a technical or agricultural direction;
- Good command of the English language (and preferably Dutch and/or German);
- To understand our market, several years of experience in dairy farming and milking technology is desired;
- You have (basic) IT knowledge and/or are open to improve that.
