Do you recognize talent because you are one yourself? Do you know how to get students enthusiastic for Nedap with fun, creativity and ambition? Yes! Then we are looking for you. Nedap is continuously looking for talent and needs your help. You are the link between the student, young professional and Nedap.
As Campus Recruiter, you are the ambassador for Nedap at events with universities and study associations, among others. In order to come into contact with the best students and young professionals from across the country, you organize appealing internal and external (online) events. You like to tell the story of Nedap and help us in our search for the best talent! You are also responsible for everything that has to do with interns, graduates, working students and young professionals. You'll provide a great student program to engage and retain this group.
By setting up your talent pool, you will ensure that the vacancies are filled quickly and, above all, well. You will become an expert in finding and connecting the best students and young professionals to Nedap. You get energy from getting to know the different business units of Nedap and you understand the needs of both your colleagues and the candidates. You are therefore a full sparring partner for team captains, market group leaders and hiring managers. In order to bring in the best people, you scour social media, search on LinkedIn, conduct job interviews for our Nedap Masterclass and young professionals positions, for example, and maintain contacts with associations and universities for structural cooperation.
In the role of Campus Recruiter, you get the opportunity to develop yourself into a professional. The recruitment team is part of the HR team within Nedap and falls under Nedap General. The recruitment team consists of corporate recruiters in the field of business & IT and campus recruiters. You will also work closely with our colleagues from employer branding/communications to devise specific campaigns to better reach your target group. Humor, entrepreneurship, ambition and collaboration play an important role in the team. You will get the responsibility you ask for and desire.
Obviously, we offer excellent primary and secondary conditions. You are responsible for your own working hours and holidays. Nobody keeps track, as we rely on your own accountability. Required experience and skills
You have an affinity with students and are bubbling with ideas to connect this target group to Nedap. In addition, you have the following skills:
- A completed bachelor or master degree;
- Preferably experience with associations or boards;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Experience with social media and preferably organizing events;
- You are both entrepreneurial and creative.
