The Team Coaches team includes several coaches with different areas of expertise such as strategy, communication, diversity, team building, personal development, and Agile coaching. The team coaches align regularly and pair as much as possible to offer the best combination of skills for each situation. You will likely work most closely with our other Change Manager

Your team

Tribes, Teams, and people receive support from coaches to initiate decisions, involve relevant stakeholders, gather input, create proposals, resolve disagreements, make decisions, and increase adoption. 

As a Change Manager you will use your decision-making knowledge and facilitation skills to support people and groups in making decisions. 

Common activities include:

  • Providing individual coaching for challenges with making decisions
  • Facilitating meetings to gather input, create proposals, and make decisions
  • Supporting people in finding common ground in difficult conversations about controversial topics
  • Organizing events, training sessions, and discussions to improve collaboration
  • Creating and updating materials such as guidelines, tutorials, and flowcharts

The Change manager is not an enforcer pushing one way of making decisions to all teams. Our flexible decision-making framework encourages everyone to discover what works best for them and others through continuous experimentation. The Change Manager facilitates this journey.

Required experience and skills

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with experience in the activities listed in the role description, as well as distributed leadership organizations and collaborative systems. You have a demonstrated ability to create shared understanding between people from diverse backgrounds who hold different perspectives and responsibilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, as is some familiarity with frameworks that orient to universal human needs such as Nonviolent Communication. If you are passionate about working in a dynamic and challenging environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

In addition, you can identify with the following points:

  • A strong preference for using collaborative decision-making instead of hierarchy
  • Completed bachelor's degree or equivalent level of experience
  • You have a good command of both English and Dutch
  • Willing to be in the office in Groenlo at least 2 days a week

About Nedap Healthcare

We help care givers and nurses to save time on administrative tasks. With our technology, they are able to spend less time on registering, planning, reporting, and drawing up care plans, allowing them to devote more time to their patients. The family can also be informed immediately about the patient’s wellbeing at the touch of a button.
