What are you going to do?
As a Channel Director at Nedap, you will drive substantial growth within our partner ecosystem for the Key market Security. You will play a key role in developing and nurturing a high-performing partner network, contributing directly to our ambitious growth goals. This position combines strategic leadership with operational excellence to amplify the commercial impact of our channel partnerships worldwide.Within the security industry, we develop high-quality solutions offered both as on-premises and SaaS solutions. Our products focus on Identity and Access Management processes, aiming to simplify configuration and management for our clients. End users appreciate our solutions for enabling a safe and trusted environment for their employees while effectively preventing unauthorized access. Our solutions are used worldwide by more than 2,500 leading companies, helping organizations to optimally combine security and accessibility.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and implement a scalable channel management strategy aligned with corporate objectives and market trends;
- Build and maintain a strong, high-performing partner network through strategic selection, onboarding, and continuous support;
- Foster open and transparent communication to strengthen trust and collaboration within the partner network;
- Lead and develop a motivated team to ensure effective channel development and partner support;
- Monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and position the channel network as a key competitive advantage;
- Track team and partner performance against objectives, ensuring alignment and accountability to drive results.

Required experience and skills
- Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. And at least 8 years of experience in a senior commercial role, preferably in channel or partner management;
- Strategic Vision and Commercial expertise: Proven ability to define long-term goals, translate them into actionable plans, and deliver measurable results in a B2B environment;
- Leadership and Team Building: Extensive experience in building and managing high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving success;
- Relationship Management: Strong skills in cultivating and maintaining long-term partnerships, both internally and externally;
- Analytical and Data-Driven: Adept at using data and market insights to make informed decisions and identify growth opportunities;
- Technological Affinity: A strong interest in technology, preferably in security or access control, with a solid background in managing complex sales networks;
- Global Perspective: Experience working in international, diverse environments with sensitivity to cultural differences;
- Fluency in English; additional languages as a plus.
