As a Nedap Channel Partner Manager for the United Kingdom and Ireland you are responsible for establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned channel partner accounts. To identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory and manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
Together with the team, you bring your ideas and strategy development in concept and implement them. You coordinate these with channel partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals. You evaluate regularly channel partner sales performance and recommend improvements. You are able to educate channel partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered.
Furthermore you analyse market developments, provide feedback of this analysis to team members. You communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to your channel partners

You will be part of the United Kingdom team, which is commercially responsible for United Kingdom & Ireland. The team consists of technical specialists and experienced sales people who operate mainly from their home office. You work closely with your teammates, channel partners and headquarters in the Netherlands. The sales focus is aimed at the development of our sales within Channel Partners.

Required experience and skills
We are looking for someone well-versed in building and maintaining multi-level relationships with prospective corporate clients as well as being talented at identifying sales opportunities. Capable of nurturing prospects over a long period of time throughout the engagement phase of the sales process is a must. You are comfortable in building a relevant network of contacts within these domains via established industry platforms as well as via cold acquisition.
- You have a degree in sales, business administration or IT.
- You have 5 or more years of relevant experience in (international) sales or business development. Or the equivalent experience in a similar position working with corporate enterprises within the security industry.
- You are a team player who enjoys working within an international team of professionals.
- You are a pioneer, independent thinker and have a proactive approach.
- Diplomatic and skilled at navigating the politics inherent in large organizations.
- Trustworthy – someone who understands and lives business integrity.
- Comfortable with frequent travel within the UK-region & Ireland and occasionally beyond.
- Your English (native) is good both in writing and in speech.
