Channel Sales Manager EMEA

What are you going to do?

As the Channel Sales Manager within Nedap Retail Systems, you will be responsible for the global-leading Loss Prevention (EAS) solutions in the international retail market. You will be the commercial point of contact for our partners in the EMEA region and further build our positioning through an active commercial approach and corresponding actions. Our team works with a successful business partner network to position our global-leading Loss Prevention (EAS) solutions in the international retail market. We are growing year over year and looking for a skilled manager to build close relationships with our partners, and consult retailers toward a future-proof technology solution. This role will concentrate on Fashion, Sport, Food, Health&Beauty, and Big Box retailers.

  • Building close connections with our business partners;
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets;
  • Consulting retailers towards a future-proof Loss Prevention strategy;
  • Keeping a healthy, and filled sales pipeline within your responsible region;
  • Taking the sales opportunity into a consultative sales journey;
  • Positively contribute and invest in our continuously moving team.

Required experience and skills

With your self-starter attitude, outgoing nature, and pleasant demeanor, you manage client relationships efficiently and close deals successfully. You take responsibility and confidently navigate through complex, dynamic market environments. Your self-motivation and intrinsic drive ensure that you have a thorough understanding of the sales landscape and customer needs. You prefer a work environment where you can work autonomously, take initiative, and focus on achieving sales goals. 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher;
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales, particularly in the technology retail sector;
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships both externally with clients and internally within the organization;
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language (French, Spanish, German or Italian) is a plus.

About Nedap Retail

Store employees spend a lot of their time searching for products and managing stock. Our RFID technology for article security and in-store inventory management makes it very easy to monitor and control all processes in the store in real time. Employees no longer have to waste time searching for items, meaning they can devote greater attention to customers.
