You are a real all-rounder with organization skills. As a Sales Support Specialist you think in terms of solutions, you take initiative and you work in a customer (both internal and external) and result-oriented way. You know how important overview is: you work in a planned and structured way. With your sharp eye for commerce, cooperation and activities within your own team, quality and a service-oriented attitude, you ensure that all support activities are well organized and you are a stable factor in the team. You also have good communication skills, because in this job you maintain contacts with (international) customers, colleagues and external agencies. 

You support the team in the area of Marketing Support where you are responsible for internal events in Groenlo and the Nedap clothing and Merchandise stock.

You also have an important coordinating role in general support within our team with topics such as anniversaries, office layout, on- and offboarding of employees. Not only internally focused, you will also be in control with client and relationship visits, booking travel and supporting our Management Team. 

And finally, we're looking for a hands-on person who can support our Sales Support Team on occasion. In which you support your Sales Support colleagues in everything that comes up in a sales process. You do this for both clients and your Sales colleagues.

Your team

You will be part of the sales support & operations team of Nedap Livestock Management. In addition, you will work a lot with colleagues from different disciplines.

Required experience and skills

  • Completed bachelor's degree or MBO+ level; 
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in Dutch and English;

  • You have a positive and problem-solving attitude; 
  • You have a customer-oriented attitude;
  • You are stress resistant and flexible; 
  • You see opportunities and bottlenecks to which you actively respond.
