From this mission, Nedap Luna was created: a digital day calendar that supports people with cognitive challenges or dementia to remain independent for longer. Luna provides structure, clarity, and peace of mind in daily life—for both clients and caregivers.
As a Customer Success Specialist, you play a crucial role in the implementation and scaling of home care technology. You help care organizations and our business partners use Luna successfully so that more people can benefit from this innovation.
In this role, you work every day at the intersection of care and technology. You collaborate with care organizations, business partners, and our team to help Luna grow and evolve.

Your responsibilities

  • Implementation Leadership: Guiding care organizations through the implementation of Nedap Luna—from initial pilot to large-scale rollout;
  • Partner Enablement: Supporting business partners with scaling and optimizing their implementation strategies;
  • Knowledge Empowerment: Organizing inspiration sessions and training for caregivers, project managers, and technology teams;
  • Customer Insight: Analyzing customer needs and translating feedback into concrete improvements for product development;
  • Community Building: Building a user community where experiences, ideas, and best practices are shared;
  • Content Collaboration: Collaborating with marketing and communication to create professional, user-friendly materials;
  • Opportunity Development: Identifying commercial opportunities in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
In short: you are the link between technology, care, and people. You make an impact by helping organizations truly get the most out of Luna.

As a Customer Success Specialist you’ll be part of the Nedap Luna team—a multidisciplinary group of developers, designers, marketers, and care specialists. Together, you share one goal: helping people with memory challenges live independently for longer, while easing the burden on caregivers.

Required experience and skills

We’re looking for someone who thrives on collaborating with care organizations and gets excited about technology that makes a social impact.
You recognize yourself in the following profile:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher;
  • Professional Experience: 5+ years of work experience, preferably in a similar role, commercial position, consultancy, or technology implementation;
  • Healthcare Affinity: Affinity with Dutch home care and/or elderly care;
  • Organizational Strength: Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders;
  • Inspirational Talent: Proactive attitude, a good sense of humor, and the ability to inspire others;
  • Language proficiency: Fluency in Dutch and English.
Good to know: This is a 32 to 38-hour position. Hybrid (remote) working is standard at Nedap, and you coordinate your working hours with your team for a healthy work-life balance. You will be present at our campus in Groenlo at least two days a week in this role.
