Job Summary 

As an iD Cloud Product Specialist, you will be part of the iD Cloud North American Deployment Team. In this role you will work with clients advising them on how to integrate and work successfully with our iD Cloud proposition. You will provide technical support to both the Business Development and the Integrations team. You will be able to demonstrate the product in a clear and concise manner to our clients.  

Your responsibilities: 

  • Advise and provide product expertise on the iD Cloud SaaS solution for both internal and external stakeholders 
  • Present /demo product solution to clients with a clear and comprehensive manner.  
  • Answer all customer questions about product features and capabilities.  
  • Demonstrate new features and releases 
  • Serve as a customer advocate in helping to develop the product roadmap 
  • Analyze retailers IT architecture and advise and support the API integrations for pre rollouts & full rollouts. 
  • Ensure the Nedap solutions can be successfully integrated with the processes of the client.  
  • Actively build relationships with client internal network as a trusted resource.  
  • Illustrate our product’s capabilities by successfully integrating with the client’s IT landscape while following best practices during technical implementation and use training. 
  • Guide and support the client with end-to-end testing (data transfer & integrity, network & connectivity, hardware & connectivity and solution optimization). 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Stand, sit, type, view monitor(s), use computer, phone, or other electronic devices for extended periods of time, bend, safely lift 20-40 lbs. 
  • Possibly 100% remote, at least 30% in person office collaboration, in person training or team events 
  • Able and willing to travel domestically or internationally 30-50% 
  • Able and willing to comply with COVID protocols as required for all commercial activities

Required experience and skills

Your Requirements: 

  • Customer facing demeanor with strong technical and practical application presentation skills. 
  • Strong Communication Skills 
  • Ability to configure hardware, software and network requirements for project 
  • Advanced technical problem solver – anticipate/troubleshoot system, architecture or integration obstacles prior to pilot or rollout considering all software and in-store processes. 
  • Suggest changes and design alternative solutions where required 
  • Able to exercise a high level of independence and freedom in a solution driven environment to maximize customer satisfaction while considering company goals, requirements and restrictions.
