For our teams Our Agenda and Our Planning, we are looking for a Front-end Engineer.
Nedap Healthcare is for people in healthcare. It is our mission to make healthcare better. We do this by connecting people, knowledge and technology. We dare to look beyond the current standards in healthcare and focus on sustainable relevance. Our solutions ensure that people in care can work more pleasantly and productively. This enables them to better use their individual potential and talents. In this way, we help people to take more control of their professional lives.
To ensure we can keep doing this and prepare ourselves for the future we are changing the way we work together from independent teams to several independent tribes. Each tribe contains multiple products and processes that support one main process in healthcare.
As Logistics tribe we contribute to the vision of Nedap Healthcare by helping people to give and receive the right care, in the right place at the right time. We strive for a balance between the needs of care recipients and care providers. We optimise the quality of care by matching people, time and resources efficiently while increasing job satisfaction.
Team Our Agenda ensures that care workers get the responsibility and freedom over their own work agenda. Care workers can easily manage and register their appointments with clients and employees.
Our planning offers care institutions the possibility to plan thousands of care providers, care employees can view their own schedule and planning and we help team leaders to keep a grip on the hours to be worked.
In this role, you take charge of ambitious front-end-related projects from start to finish. From the initial discussions with our customers to the actual roll-out of the project. This includes building features in existing products, building new applications within the Ons suite together with your team and when relevant, porting existing products to a modern stack.
Team Our Agenda and Team Our Planning are part of our Logistics Tribe. Within this tribe several multidisciplinary teams work closely together. Within your role as Front-End Engineer, you will be able to move from team to team on a project basis.
Our teams normally work from Groenlo, where we socialise and go for a walk during the lunch break or play games. Currently we are following the government's advice and work from home as much as possible. Even in a post-corona situation, it is possible to work partly from home. However, we do appreciate it when you drop by our beautiful green office in Groenlo every week.
Obviously, we offer excellent primary and secondary conditions. You are responsible for your own working hours and holidays. Nobody keeps track, as we rely on your own accountability. Moreover, we offer you the means to fulfil your own responsibilities. We also have a good financial arrangement. Nedap does not only offer you a salary and holiday allowance, but also an annual bonus, dividends, and the option of shares. Moreover, we have a very interesting pension arrangement. But most of all, we invest in your development! Nedap takes your development very seriously. We offer an extensive introduction program and a personal development journey, and we will gladly look at your potential with you.
Required experience and skills
We are looking for a visionary in the field of front-end architectures, technologies and processes. Someone who takes initiative and is able to share his or her insights with colleagues and thus know how to enthuse and inspire the team. You are someone who knows his or her way around the entire front-end landscape. Preferable you have some experience with HTML, React, CSS, Angular, JQuery and VueJS.
Do you recognise yourself in the above and would you like to coach and support your colleagues in the team in sharpening their front-end skills?
If so, we are looking for you!
