The ‘Ons Medicatie’ team is a focus team with its own roadmap for solution marketing. This means that there is always new development and that we have a strong focus on the user.
We have a mix of external and internal developers, for both back- and frontend projects. We are a small and multidisciplinary team with a "remote-first" communication style. We try to limit the number of consultations and prefer written communication. Our head office is in Groenlo, The Netherlands, but you can work from anywhere you want, as long as there is a reasonable overlap with the CET/CEST time zone.
With different levels of experience in the teams, there is also the opportunity to grow your technical coaching skills and teach other colleagues, if that is something you are interested in. We apply a user-oriented development process and continue to refine our products to ensure that our customers remain happy and satisfied.
“We develop solutions with impact. Team ‘Ons Medicatie’ focuses on simplifying and automating the client file, with a focus on medication safety.”
We find it important to offer our talents the best working conditions. This means that, in addition to an excellent reward package, you get the freedom to spend your time in such a way that you get the most out of yourself and what you do. We don't keep track of holidays - you decide when you need a break!
We organize the financial part of your package just as well. In addition to your salary and holiday pay, Nedap offers a 13th month, a profit sharing scheme, the option of participating in stock shares and an attractive pension scheme.
But above all, we invest in your personal development! Nedap takes your development very seriously. We do not give you a development budget, but we make sure that you get everything you need to develop yourself in the direction you want. We offer an extensive introduction program and a personal development process in which we look at your potential to grow within Nedap.
Required experience and skills
You consider yourself a 'next level' Frontend Developer. You can put yourself in the user's shoes like no other and like to be thrown in at the deep end to work out new solutions. With us you get all the freedom in this.
- Rails on Rails development experience is strongly preferred, but you are certainly willing to learn this.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently at your own pace.
About Nedap Healthcare
We help care givers and nurses to save time on administrative tasks. With our technology, they are able to spend less time on registering, planning, reporting, and drawing up care plans, allowing them to devote more time to their patients. The family can also be informed immediately about the patient’s wellbeing at the touch of a button.
