Do you want to contribute to the innovations within Livestock Management and go for the highest quality?

As an innovative Hardware Engineer, you are constantly looking for the best hardware solutions for intelligent sensors (mainly wireless and low-power), actuators and controllers in our innovative automation solutions for livestock farming. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the platform architecture for this is continuously expanded and renewed.

You are involved in designing electronics, such as:

  • Validating proto- and 0-series electronics (function-quality-EMC).
Finally, together with your colleagues, you make a proactive contribution to the professional growth of the hardware team.

'As a Hardware Engineer, you have a lot of contact with different colleagues within the market group. In addition, you are involved in products from A to Z, but the best part is seeing the product being used in the field.' (Dick, Hardware Engineer)

Your team

In the Nedap Livestock Management R&D team, you work together with fellow hardware engineers, (embedded) software developers, mechanical engineers, product owners and test engineers. Our innovative products are developed in multidisciplinary teams.

'We all add something from our own field of expertise, which creates synergy.' (Jeroen, Hardware Engineer)

Our offer

We offer excellent primary and secondary conditions. You are responsible for your own working hours and vacations. Nobody keeps track of this, we rely on your own responsibility. In addition, we offer you the means to fulfill your responsibilities. Financially too, things are well arranged here. In addition to your salary and vacation allowance, Nedap offers a 13th month, a profit-sharing scheme and the option of shares. We also have a very attractive pension scheme. But above all, we invest in your development! Nedap does not have a pot for your development. In addition to our extensive induction programme and personal development programme, we would like to explore your potential with you.

  • You know the requirements for serial production;
  • You have experience with fieldbuses (wired and wireless);

Are you also pragmatic, proactive, with good communication skills and do you know how to convince others? Then we would like to get in touch with you!

'If I have a good idea, I present it to my colleagues and we discuss it. If they don't think it's a good idea, we are not afraid to tell each other.' (Dick, Hardware Engineer)
