Livestock Management
As an innovative Hardware Engineer, you are constantly looking for the best hardware solutions for intelligent sensors (mainly wireless and low-power), actuators and controllers in our innovative automation solutions for livestock farming. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the platform architecture for this is continuously expanded and renewed.
You are involved in designing electronics, such as:
- Drawing up specs and designing circuits;
- Creating electrical schematics and possibly PCB-Layout;
- tuning of producibility;
- Validating proto- and 0-series electronics (function-quality-EMC).

Your team
In the Nedap Livestock Management R&D team, you work together with fellow hardware engineers, (embedded) software developers, mechanical engineers, product owners and test engineers. Our innovative products are developed in multidisciplinary teams.

You have a completed HBO or WO education, such as Electrical Engineering or Embedded Systems. Furthermore, you recognise yourself in the following:- You are creative and decisive;
- You know the requirements for serial production;
- You have experience with fieldbuses (wired and wireless);
- You have experience with EMC requirements;
- You can keep an overview and you work accurately;
- Some affinity with digital signal processing and embedded software is a plus;
- You have a good command of the Dutch language.
