Nedap Healthcare is a market group, within Nedap, that develops innovative solutions for the Dutch healthcare market, for mental healthcare, disability care and nursing and home care. We supply and develop solutions that support the entire process of healthcare administration, planning and time recording. To this end, we create complete, user-friendly web applications and supply smart devices that simplify the work process of healthcare professionals. Thanks to this combination of hardware and software, we are able to provide the operational staff, team leaders and management of healthcare institutions with accessible and timely information.
As Product Owner, you facilitate the further development of applications used by a wide variety of healthcare professionals. From a security perspective, you focus on authorisation, authentication and access logging. The applications of the IAM teams ensure that the right people have timely access to the information they need to do their jobs. With your expertise, you will help secure all data related to the healthcare process, while simplifying identity and access management and ensuring an easy and seamless customer experience.
You will work in the IAM team, within Nedap Healthcare's Data Protection tribe. This tribe focuses on security and privacy of both the internal supplier environment and the external customer domain. Your team is a self-managing, largely remote, team consisting of 5 members, with the skills, knowledge and expertise to develop both front- and back-end components of applications. This team aims to support healthcare professionals by providing identity and access management solutions that guarantee anytime, anywhere access to relevant information.
As Product Owner for the IAM team, your portfolio consists of three main products:
- An SSO authentication provider that manages all logins on our suite,
- An authorisation platform that allows our customers to configure policy-based authorisation rules for their organisation,
- An audit ingestion pipeline and platform that allows users to search all user events in the system.
- We do not keep track of leave and working hours for our colleagues. This responsibility lies with you and you determine it yourself in consultation with your colleagues. For us, the work/ life balance within Nedap is very important;
- Holiday pay;
- A 13th month;
- A profit-sharing scheme;
- A good pension scheme;
- A Macbook or Windows laptop;
- But above all, we invest in your development! Nedap knows no pots for your development. Besides our extensive induction programme and personal development programme, we are happy to look at your potential with you.
Required experience and skills
You have effective communication skills and can bridge the gap between our developers and internal and external customers. You create and maintain the team's roadmap, based on customer needs and internal technical improvements. You are able to plan and prioritise these to ensure we are a serious competitor in our chosen markets.
About Nedap Healthcare
We help care givers and nurses to save time on administrative tasks. With our technology, they are able to spend less time on registering, planning, reporting, and drawing up care plans, allowing them to devote more time to their patients. The family can also be informed immediately about the patient’s wellbeing at the touch of a button.
