What are you going to do?
As an Implementation Manager you will guide our clients -large organisations and multinationals- through the implementation process, ensuring a seamless integration of our PIAM solution with their existing systems and processes. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, tailor our solution accordingly and ensure a successful implementation. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, strong communication abilities, and client orientation.
This is a new role within our business unit, which means that you also lay the groundwork for how we shape this process in the future. You will have the opportunity to explore, establish processes and develop best practices. We are therefore looking for someone who enjoys exploring new avenues, providing structure and taking our implementation approach to the next level
Your responsibilities
Client Implementation & Guidance- Lead the implementation phase for new clients, from initial setup to full deployment;
- Engage clients at every step to ensure their needs and expectations are well understood and met;
- Identify end-user requirements and propose solutions that align with both the client’s needs and our product strategy;
- Make decisions within implementation projects, always aiming to provide the best possible outcome for the client.
- Develop and manage implementation plans, including task assignments, deadline monitoring, and progress reporting;
- Address and resolve any challenges or obstacles during the implementation process.
- Anticipate and mitigate potential implementation challenges before they impact the project;
- Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with development teams to ensure a quick and effective resolution;
- Escalate complex issues to CSM when necessary, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to align with client needs and meet project requirements;
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project progress, challenges, and successes.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to help clients maximise the value of our solution and drive adoption;
- Develop training materials and documentation to ensure a clear understanding of product features and capabilities.
- Configure Pace based on client processes and guide them through testing phases;
- Coordinate the development of custom integrations between the client and our development teams.

Your team
We are a small yet rapidly growing solutions team with skilled developers and dedicated business professionals. As an integral member of the Customer Success team, you will collaborate closely with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service. Our team operates in a dynamic environment where open communication is encouraged, and we embrace a proactive, “can-do” mentality that drives innovation and efficiency.
In this role, you will work directly with our development and infrastructure teams, fostering strong relationships to address client needs, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions. By leveraging our collective expertise, we aim to enhance client satisfaction and drive long-term success for our clients.

Required experience and skills
- At least 7 years of experience in implementation management, project management, or a similar role;
- Experience in implementing SaaS solutions for large organisations;
- Bachelor degree in a relevant education;
- Technical understanding and the ability to support software configuration and integrations;
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (additional languages such as Dutch or German are a plus);
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to complex situations;
- Experience with client interaction and training is an advantage;
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
