Our startup team Security Atlas is focused on innovation in the security market and we are looking for an Interaction Designer who will work with us to make that a success (https://nedapsecurityatlas.com/). You will be working on online applications that Security Managers of large organizations (10,000+ employees) use to create digital building models and organize workplace access control: who is allowed to enter where, when and why? These applications integrate with existing access control systems and identity providers.
We are currently busy developing and implementing the MVP for and together with a co-creation partner in Denmark.

How does your week look like?
- Daily standup;
- Design sessions in varying composition to create a specification or design;
- Every two weeks sprint planning and delivery;
- Setting up and applying design systems;
- You work a lot with the software developers and support them in the implementation of your designs;
- By properly understanding the user needs, you make the translation to appropriate user flows, GUI and user experience. And you test these with the users;
- From an architectural role, you know how to translate to clear design decisions.

Within Security Atlas you will become part of a software development team, consisting of a system architect, infra-specialist, researcher and a number of passionate front-end and back-end developers. Required experience and skillsYou have a completed college or university degree in design (Industrial Design, Interaction Design) and at least 3 years of relevant work experience.

- You are curious and dare to experiment with design concepts;
- You have excellent graphic skills and stay abreast of current trends and developments in your field.
