As an International Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in attracting new global retail clients in the fashion industry within Europe. You will guide retailers through their RFID journey and leverage our technology to solve their most challenging business problems. Daily, you will interact with key decision-makers within fashion companies, build a solid pipeline, convert leads into opportunities, and ultimately secure new clients.

Your responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential fashion retail clients in Europe;
  • Develop and execute engagement strategies and educate clients on RFID technology;
  • Conduct demonstrations and propose tailored RFID solutions;
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers;
  • Generate and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM tools;
  • Qualify and convert leads into sales opportunities;
  • Close deals and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

Your team

You will join a specialized platform sales team led by an inspiring team captain. We ensure a warm welcome with a buddy system and a comprehensive onboarding program. Together with your international sales team and buddy, you will define and achieve success, experiencing both personal and professional growth within Nedap. You will work with passionate sales professionals who serve leading international retailers. Highlights include our quarterly international sales meetings where ideas and best practices are shared. Additionally, this role can be fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere.

Required experience and skills

You are an experienced sales professional with a passion for fashion and technology. Besides that, you have a true hunter mentality and the "figure it out" mindset.  Additionally, you possess the following:

  • At least 6 years of B2B sales experience in software;
  • Native or fluent in one of the following languages: Spanish, French, Italian, or German, and fluent in business English;
  • Experience in Enterprise Software Sales;
  • Experience with complex, long sales cycles;
  • Availability for a minimum of 4 days per week with the possibility of hybrid working.
We are looking for someone who is preferably resident in Europe.

About Nedap Retail

Store employees spend a lot of their time searching for products and managing stock. Our RFID technology for article security and in-store inventory management makes it very easy to monitor and control all processes in the store in real time. Employees no longer have to waste time searching for items, meaning they can devote greater attention to customers.
