Store employees spend a lot of their time searching for products and managing stock. Our RFID technology for inventory visibility and article security makes it very easy to monitor and control all processes in the store in real time. Employees no longer have to waste time searching for items, meaning they can devote greater attention to customers. Inventory Visibility simply means knowing what inventory you have on hand, and where that inventory is located, at any given moment.

Our platform, called 'iD Cloud', features a highly robust and scalable backbone ('RFID event database') which enables us to offer our clients focused propositions with relevance across the supply chain. Through this unique capability, we are able to create a complete and transparent view of a retailer or brands' supply chain. This enables them to perfectly match demand and supply anywhere, at any moment. Resulting in exceptional shopping experiences.

Your team

From when iD Cloud was 'born' in 2014 to today we have grown rapidly. We went from our launching customer in 2014 to 7,000+ contracted stores across a client base of 35+ customers today.

You will sit in one of the specialized platform sales teams which is lead by your team captain. As part of the comprehensive onboarding process, together you will make sure success is defined and achieved while making sure that both personal and professional development are an integral part of your career within Nedap. We also work with a buddy system to make sure you quickly feel at home within the team and wider organization.

Your team consists of highly motivated sales professionals who love working with leading international retailers and brands such as Superdry, Under Armour, Foot Locker, River Island, adidas, Celio, America Today, and Scalpers. Highlights include our quarterly sales meetings where colleagues from our countries come together to strategize, educate, and share best practices and experiences.

Required experience and skills

Your new job

We are looking for sales professionals that have a passion for consultative selling, that have the curiosity to ask more questions after an answer is given and are able to challenge a response. Being sales minded at heart, you have a strong affinity for the business development side of the commercial process. You will be part of an international team of (sales) experts that combine both individual sales focus (the market region) and team effort.

Part of our DNA is to challenge the status quo, and to enable our customers realize their omnichannel dreams and ambitions. We help guide the RFID journey and pioneer this new and exciting technology based on resolving relevant business challenges of day and tomorrow. For us, change is the only constant. You will be one of our key assets in making sure that iD Cloud accelerates disproportionally.

Our SaaS business model is subscription-based, and our team's main KPI is based on the number of contracted stores. Your job will be to help build a solid pipeline, move leads to opportunities and ultimately contract new retail client (within a specific market segment).


For this job we are looking for a sales professional with a strong development component in an international market. 

·        You speak English fluent (while additional knowledge skills are very helpful)

·        You have 3-5 years experience in a relevant role (1 company)

·        You have experience in the sales of Software (preferably SaaS solutions) 

·        Desire and drive to be successful and make a difference

·        Strong agile learning capability with a growth mindset 

·        Coachable and willing to ask for help if required 

·        Strong sales DNA & Will to be sales professional

·        Conceptual sales approach

·        Able to build, understand and present business case and ROI analysis (familiarity) 

·        Able and confident to challenge customers

·        Comfortable asking question behind the question 

·        Software (SaaS) experience/background 

·        Retail or technology background a pré 

·        Intrinsically curious (desire to 'figure it out')

·        CRM savy
