Our RFID and OCR (Optical Character Recognition) solutions are used worldwide to identify vehicles in security, parking and traffic installations and provide an important contribution to make processes more efficient and secure. We work closely with system integrators and platforms that develop total solutions.
As International Sales Manager at Nedap Identification Systems, you will be responsible for the commercial success of our Reader proposition in Europe. You stay in contact with current partners, while expanding our strategic position by means of an active commercial attitude and corresponding actions. Your main focus will be identifying new projects and successfully selling and realising these projects together with local partners. A challenging position in which you plan, initiate, present, negotiate, close deals, accompany projects, and increase turnover.
Your teamIn Europe you will be part of an energetic sales team of 4 people, who are open to your insights and from whom you will learn a lot at the same time in terms of products, market and sales approach. On a daily basis you work together with a dynamic international team consisting of colleagues from marketing, proposition management and sales engineering. Because of the short lines of communication we are able to serve our customers adequately and continue our growth.

Required experience and skillsThe description above makes you enthusiastic, and you can’t wait to get started. You are action- and result-oriented. Commerce is your second nature, and you have experience selling technical hardware and software products.
Moreover, you have these qualifications:
• Bachelor level (HBO or WO), in Business Administration or a related education;
• 2 -3 years of relevant sales experience in a technical environment;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Unstoppable energy and perseverance;
• A large sense of responsibility;
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis (at least 30% of the time)
