In this divers role, you will contribute to the optimization and automation of commercial processes of the Nedap propositions. By asking smart questions, you will bring up work processes and bottlenecks and see the opportunities for improvement and know how to bring people along with you. Together with your colleagues, you configure our Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing and Field Service apps and Power Platform and guide internal users during implementation and adoption.
Responsibilities and tasks:
In this divers role, you will contribute to the optimization and automation of commercial processes of the Nedap propositions. By asking smart questions, you will bring up work processes and bottlenecks and see the opportunities for improvement and know how to bring people along with you. Together with your colleagues, you configure our Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing and Field Service apps and Power Platform and guide internal users during implementation and adoption.
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Analyze and translate requirements and business processes into functional solutions;
- Collaborate with the IT team and product owner to translate your functional designs and user stories into technical solutions in the D365 CE suite and Power Platform;
- Test and implement Microsoft innovations into ways to increase value for Nedap, for example by implementing Viva Sales or Sales Accelerator and Sales Insights for and with core users;
- Drive user adoption through training, support and documentation;
- You can work on your own in the Power Platform with Power Automate and Power Apps;
- Helping users with their questions and issues.
Your team
As a IT Consultant CRM, you will be part of the IT Customer Engagement team that supports Nedap in the sales, marketing, customer success and service domain. This application team consists of a product owner and consultants who jointly configure, implement, support and further develop Dynamics 365 CE and related applications. We enhance this with proprietary apps and flows within Microsoft's Power Platform. Co-creation and adoption with internal customers are paramount.The IT Customer Engagement team falls within Nedap IT Application Teams, which together with project managers, consultants and application managers also supports the ERP and PLM domains.
You and your team are part of Nedap IT together with the Infra and Service Desk teams. Where the Infra team takes care of progressive IT and its maintenance, our Service Desk provides the support needed to let our users work optimally with the platforms for collaboration but also the systems that support our business processes. Together, we work daily on the optimal User Experience for our colleagues Nedap-wide as well as an ultimate Customer Experience for Nedap customers.

Required experience and skills
You have a completed college or university education and at least 2 years of experience on D365 and/or the Power Platform or a similar CRM system. Furthermore, you have the ability to explain/transmit technical complex issues in a clear and inspiring way to managers, end users and technical colleagues. You also like to take the lead in finding the right solution to a problem or question from our users.In addition, do you recognize yourself in the following?
- You have experience with optimizing commercial processes as a (functional) application manager, consultant or similar role;
- You have good analytical skills and are creative in solving problems;
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and/or Power Platform is a plus;
- You have an excellent command of the English language.
Good to know: we work hybrid and you are responsible for a good balance between working in the office and working from home and coordinate this within your team.
