What are you going to do?
Working as an IT Recruiter at Nedap means an unforgettable experience at a listed international high-tech company. You will be given direct responsibility for our business unit Healthcare. Nedap Healthcare helps people in the healthcare sector and, together with your colleagues, you will work on improving healthcare. We do this by connecting people, knowledge and technology. The Healthcare business unit is a growing family of creatives, developers and healthcare specialists.
As an IT Recruiter at Healthcare you are in charge of the entire recruitment process of IT talent (such as software developers, security engineers and data engineers). You are responsible for online searching, doing interviews and you are also an advisor to the business unit. In a proactive way you are able to find out the recruitment needs of these stakeholders and subsequently perform concrete actions to be able to meet these needs. In the meantime, you maintain the relationship with the stakeholders by including them in the recruitment and selection process.
You also know how to explore new ways to bring in the right IT talent in a creative way. You are completely free in this!
You will be able to develop yourself super fast with a major focus on your leadership skills. You are the crucial link between Nedap, your colleagues and the labour market!
Your team
The recruitment team is part of the HR team within Nedap and consists of corporate recruiters and campus recruiters in the field of business & IT, talent sourcers, a recruitment assistant, an employer branding specialist and a manager recruitment. The team is continuously working on professionalising recruitment. The team works on various projects that contribute to the further development of recruitment, such as the development of campaigns, data-driven recruitment and mapping of our various target groups. As an IT Recruiter you will play a role in the further professionalisation of recruitment within Nedap.Of course, you are also the point of contact for Healthcare for everything that has to do with recruitment. For example, you regularly discuss the progress of vacancies and projects with the hiring managers. They are also happy to think along with you about innovative and smart recruitment methods.

Required experience and skills
For this challenge, we are looking for a new colleague with a completed bachelor or master degree, at least three years of work experience and the following qualities:- You get energy from personal contact and are able to understand your colleagues and our target groups. You also enjoy sparring about the content together;
- Taking the lead: You like to tackle things and are self-managing and self-starting. Taking the initiative is a must. If you can enthuse us with your ideas, we will gladly move with you;
- Creative: You enjoy binding people to Nedap and you do this in a creative way;
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language.
Our head office is in Groenlo, but you can also work from home.
