What are you going to do?

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll be trained step by step. You’ll start by observing and learning about the market and our solutions (the Ons Suite). From there, you’ll grow into a role where you independently maintain customer relationships.
At Nedap Healthcare, we create technology that works for people. We help care providers with smart software so they can spend more time with their clients and patients. And you can contribute to that mission as a Junior Account Manager.

We're looking for an ambitious early-career professional who wants to grow in the field of account management, focusing on clients in mental health care (GGZ). Have you just graduated or already gained some work experience? Want to learn within a supportive team with strong guidance? Then this might be the perfect place for you!

Your responsibilities

  • Building Relationships: Learn how to build strong relationships with healthcare organizations;
  • Identifying Opportunities: Develop the ability to spot and act on commercial opportunities;
  • Collaborating: Work closely with colleagues from support, development, UX, and other teams;
  • Improving Our Services: Translate customer feedback into ideas to improve our services and solutions.
We’ll define your development path together, but from day one, you’ll be a full member of the account management team. You’ll never stand alone.

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll be part of our Commercial Team, working alongside Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Solution Experts. Together, we aim to create proud customers who use our products fully and independently. We help healthcare organizations realize value and work closely with product development to continuously improve our solutions. You'll join one of our sector-focused teams: the Mental Health Care (GGZ) team.

Required experience and skills

You're a driven Young Professional who wants to help organizations succeed with our solutions—and build lasting relationships to do so.
You also meet the following criteria:
  • Education: A completed bachelor's or master's degree (e.g., in a commercial, business, or healthcare-related field);
  • Interest: Affinity with both healthcare and technology (e.g., digital health records);
  • Mindset: Eagerness to learn and a curious, proactive attitude;
  • Communication: Strong communication skills;
  • Language: Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written;
  • Responsibility: Enjoy collaborating and taking responsibility.
Good to know: this is a 32 to 38-hour position. Hybrid (remote) working is standard at Nedap, and you coordinate your working hours with your team for a healthy work-life balance.
