Are you looking for a challenging position within Product Management and do you know the world of dairy farming? Then read our vacancy for Market Solution Manager for our head office in Groenlo.
In line with the strategic vision, you identify the (future) needs of our global Business Partners and end-users and translate these, in close cooperation with Sales and Marketing, into valuable solutions. A key component here are partnerships with sector parties, in both software and hardware areas. Together with your Market Solution Manager team, you make an important contribution to the solution vision and its implementation. Your tasks also include portfolio management and you work closely with the development teams.

Your team

As Market Solution Manager, you play an important role between almost all domains within the business unit. This means you will deal with many colleagues and aspects such as commerce, marketing, but also technology and software. In addition, you have regular contact with the Head of Product about existing and new propositions, progress of developments and opportunities in the market. You are part of the Product Leadership Team and thus contribute to the development roadmap.

Required experience and skills

You see opportunities in the market and know how to convince people with good arguments. Stakeholder management is an important part of this. Besides working independently and making decisions, being able to work well together in a global team is essential. You look ahead and like to take the initiative.
Furthermore, you recognise yourself in the following:
  • You have extensive work experience as Market Solution Manager or in similar global position in the dairy or data environment;
  • You have a completed HBO/WO education;
  • You have an excellent command of the English language. Preferably, you also have a good command of the Dutch language;
  • Willingness to travel internationally regularly (at least 20% of the time);
  • You are available full-time (38 hours), 32 hours is negotiable.
