Light Controls
You will be the point of contact for our international customers and the sales department. You will process orders from end customers and partners in our ERP system (Navision) and ensure their correct delivery. You have direct contact with our customers to answer questions about orders and about our products. Customer contact is an important part of the job. You must have a good sense of the customer's wishes and needs and be able to advise the customer well.
Your team
You will be part of the Sales Operations team responsible for the operational activities for the Light Controls and Retail market groups. You will also work a lot together with colleagues from different disciplines.

- A bachelor or master degree, preferably in a commercial or business administration direction;
- At least two years' experience in a similar international role;
- Experience with Excel, CRM and/or ERP systems is a plus;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Dutch and English.
