As a Technical Support Specialist at Nedap Healthcare, you are the crucial link between our customers and our development teams. You assist application administrators with complex issues related to the care-related applications in the Ons Suite, ensuring they receive the support they deserve. By closely collaborating with developers, business partners, and the commercial team, you play a key role in improving our processes and services.

Your responsibilities

  • Analyzing and resolving technical issues: You assist application administrators via tickets and phone and contribute to process improvements;
  • Translating technical problems: You make complex technical issues understandable for our customers;
  • Monitoring and implementing solutions: You determine the urgency of problems and ensure they are resolved;
  • Contributing to product development: You identify areas for improvement and provide input on new functionalities within the Ons Suite;
  • Strengthening the support team: You identify opportunities to improve our support processes and contribute to the further development of the department.

The team is divided into three specialization groups: AdministrationPlanning & Data Integration, and the Care-related specialization. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be part of the latter specialization team.

The Support Team at Nedap Healthcare plays a central role within our organization. Your team consists of enthusiastic professionals who strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. Together, you represent the voice of the customer and ensure the continuous improvement of our products and services.

Required experience and skills

We need someone who goes the extra mile. You don’t just want to answer questions—you want to solve problems. You can do this independently, but also enjoy collaborating with your support colleagues.

Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following:

  • You have at least a completed bachelor’s degree;
  • You have strong communication skills in both Dutch and English;
  • You have an affinity for technical issues.
