What are you going to do?

As a Product Analyst, you will work in the Product Analytics team, which consists of Data Analysts and Data Engineers. Our team provides relevant, reliable data insights into user behavior so that all product teams within the Ons Suite can make better product decisions.

The Data Engineers in the team build and maintain the data platform (Python ETL scripts in Airflow and a data lake) used by the data analysts to create dashboards and perform ad-hoc data analyses. Each Data Analyst spends half of their time on joint Product Analytics projects and the other half within a product Tribe, which consists of multiple product teams. Each Tribe focuses on a different domain, such as Backoffice, Dossier, Logistics, or Integrations. Within the Tribe, you are the point of contact for data-related issues and work closely with the Tribe Lead, Product Owners, and UX Designers. Each data analyst focuses on a different domain of the Ons Software Suite and has an in-depth understanding of the products, user types, and data within their Tribe.

  • Sharing insights with teams, providing advice, and discussing what the data insights mean for product development;
  • Creating measurement plans to evaluate the impact and adoption of new features;
  • Building dashboards in PowerBI;
  • Conducting ad-hoc analyses in Jupyter Notebooks.
