We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to join our growing US team. In this role, you will own product performance across the North American market and ensure strong alignment between regional customer needs and global product development.
As the Product Manager, you’ll serve as the voice of the U.S. market to our product teams based at our headquarters in the Netherlands. You'll play a pivotal role in influencing product direction, advocating for customer-centric innovation, and ensuring our solutions deliver measurable value in-market. Success in this role requires the ability to prioritize effectively, build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, and drive alignment across diverse teams.
Your responsibilities
- Bridge Customer and product strategy: Translate customer needs and commercial priorities into actionable insights for global product teams. Ask the right questions to uncover what truly matters to our users, and ensure it’s reflected in the product roadmap.
- Provide Strategic Insight: Use analytical and conceptual thinking to connect the dots between user needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics. Gain a deep understanding of real-world challenges by spending time in the field, with end users, store teams, and frontline managers, to inform product decisions and uncover opportunities for innovation.
- Foster Effective Communication: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and act as a key communication bridge between field teams in the U.S. and product teams in the Netherlands. Ensure transparency and clarity at every step.
- Drive Stakeholder Alignment: Navigate complex stakeholder environments across functions and geographies. Bring people together, drive consensus, and ensure everyone is aligned on product direction and priorities.
- Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, solutions engineer, marketing, customer success, and technical teams to align solutions with client needs and ensure product performance, and drive go-to-market initiatives. Apply strong project management skills to ensure GTM efforts are well-coordinated, timely, and impactful.

Required experience and skills
- Product Management Expertise: Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, user-centered design, and the ability to translate market and customer needs into actionable product requirements. Experience working closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to shape and deliver impactful solutions.
- Technical Acumen: A solid technical background is preferred — while you don’t need to code, you should be comfortable working with technical teams, understanding system architecture at a high level, and translating customer needs into technical language (and vice versa).
- Project Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to independently plan and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. You must have the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives and ensure smooth execution of all project phases.
- Communication Skills: A strong customer-facing demeanor is a must, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should have strong technical presentation skills, effectively engaging stakeholders and translating complex solutions into accessible concepts.
- Self-Drive and Entrepreneurial Mindset: A hands-on, agile, and solution-oriented approach is essential for thriving in a fast-paced environment. You should exhibit independence and a "go figure it out" mentality, demonstrating the ability to maximize customer satisfaction and drive innovative solutions with minimal
Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred
Experience: 4-6 years product management experience
Requirements: This is a hybrid role based in Burlington, MA, requiring in-office presence 2-3 days per week. Domestic and international travel (25-30%) is required, including trips to our headquarters in the Netherlands. Candidates must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license and be eligible for U.S. employment.
