For the Ons Planning team, we are looking for a Ruby on Rails developer. Ons Planning offers care institutions the possibility to schedule thousands of care providers, care employees can view their own schedule and planning and we help team leaders to keep a grip on the hours to be worked.
In this role, you will take charge of ambitious back-end related projects from start to finish. This includes building features into existing products, refactoring existing functionality and porting existing products to a modern stack.
Your team
Team Our Planning is part of our Logistics Tribe. Within this tribe several multidisciplinary teams work closely together. Our teams all work hybrid. Partly from home and partly from our office in Groenlo. It is entirely up to you how you want to balance this. Of course, completely remote is also not a problem. But we do appreciate it when you drop by our beautiful office in Groenlo every now and then.

Required experience and skills
We are looking for a visionary in the field of back-end architectures, technologies and processes. Someone who takes initiative and is able to share his or her insights with colleagues and thus know how to enthuse and inspire the team. You are someone who knows his or her way around the entire back-end landscape. Are you able to work well with a high degree of freedom and independence and do you have the drive to continuously develop yourself? Do you recognize yourself in the above and do you enjoy coaching and supporting your colleagues in the team to hone their back-end skills?
