Healthcare
"Technology for Life is what we believe in. We look for meaningful connections between people and our software solutions. Our Caren solution is built for customers and their loved ones so they can interact with healthcare professionals."
As a Ruby on Rails Developer, you will work on rebuilding and redesigning the Caren solution. Our goal is to enable clients, their loved ones and healthcare organisations to work closely together to improve client health. We also aim to improve care processes by encouraging care organisations to be as transparent as possible and to offer all available medical information to clients and their networks.
You will work on both front- and back-end projects, in a new codebase.
Your team
This position is part of the Caren team. The team consists of both developers and the support team. Together, they are responsible for providing the best experience to users. They work closely together, value everyone's opinion and like it when people voice their opinions and exchange views constructively. Although they are part of a larger group, they strive for a more agile startup mentality within the team. The team works quickly, at an even pace and incrementally.
People might call them a bit stubborn, but they have their principles and opinions on how they want to do things. The team likes to get to know the person behind the colleague. Together with the team, you determine the future of the Caren product. Team Caren builds its own development roadmap and makes their own plans for the future. The team takes pride in building the best possible, most stable and fastest application on the market.
