Ruby-developer – Logistics Tribe

- Healthcare
What are you going to do?
As a Ruby developer in the Roster team (Logistics tribe), you will be working on projects that help care professionals provide the right care at the right time with the challenges that the healthcare sector currently faces. There is a capacity shortage, that, together with the wish to provide each and every client with the care at the level that they require, makes rostering a constant challenge.
Our software assists with this challenge by helping the healthcare organization make the best possible use of their available capacity. We also continually work on improvements so that the software keeps pace with market developments and remains future-proof.
Your role will be a combination of making structural improvements, developing new features and discussing and collaborating with colleagues to come up with the best way to keep our software innovative and maintainable.
Your team
Team Roster is a small, multidisciplinary team with developers, UX'er and product owner. Once a week, everyone is in the office, the other days you can choose to work remote or in the office.
We are a close-knit team dedicated to improving the work processes of our end-users. Our mission is to help healthcare professionals solve logistical challenges by providing smart solutions for creating healthy and efficient schedules. We work on multiple applications within a larger suite, but the main application is Ons Rooster. Our application consists of a React/Redux frontend combined with a Ruby on Rails backend.
