Sales Manager DACH-region (Junior position)

As a Sales Manager, you will find and support potential direct customers to turn them into convinced AEOS users. We are all independent, committed and yet work as a team to achieve - and exceed - our common goals. How do we do this? By following our guiding principles: Radically clear communication, always deliver, and full Nedap power. The Nedap spark from our logo should jump to our customers! 

What you do with us: 

You get to help even more companies get an open and reliable access control system! To do this, you will move in defined market segments and track down those companies for whom AEOS makes life and organization easier. You score points with potential customers both with specialist knowledge and with charm and humor. You accompany sales talks with personalized presentations that are informative and visually appealing at the same time - ideally not in 08/15 format, because AEOS is not a classic access control solution either. You use our CRM system to keep track of your leads and have the support of our call center and your team colleagues. The following things make you our ideal candidate: 

  • You know how to sell products that require explanation, and you can prove it;
  • For you, contract conclusions count. In order to achieve these, you provide holistic advice and dive deep into new material;
  • You have an eye for what technically sophisticated solutions our end customers need - even and especially when this requires you to think outside the box;
  • And last but not least, you can contribute together with colleagues to build up a new team.

Required experience and skills

Checklist - Are you our sales dream candidate?

We are looking for an entrepreneurial person who loves to have freedom and responsibility to fulfill the job, of course with the correct guidance, but who also gets the energy to work together with colleagues. You have technical understanding and thrive in sales conversations - especially when it comes to IT and security technology. You have an excellent command of the German language and you can also communicate well in English without constantly looking at your translator app. Travel sickness is a foreign word for you, as you enjoy travelling to customers in the DACH region. Ideally, you live in northern or central Germany and have a commercial apprenticeship or a relevant degree.
