Your team

"At Nedap, I can set my own working hours, efficiently organize my tasks, and take the lead on my projects. That's why Nedap is such a great place to work for me!" - Adrian, Team Captain Sales Operations

As a Sales Operations Specialist at Nedap, you are the link between our international customers and the sales team. You maintain direct contact with customers and Business Partners to answer all their questions about orders, pricing, product availability, transportation, and our products themselves. Good communication and understanding of customer needs are essential in this role, as you not only advise them but also manage their expectations.

In this position, you not only support our international customers and the sales department, but you also get the chance to develop and manage your own partner network at Nedap Retail. Approximately a quarter of your time will be spent working with and for our Business Partners, collaborating to gain a strong market position in local markets. This requires a thorough knowledge of our products, combined with an entrepreneurial commercial attitude. This role offers the opportunity to grow within your current position, discover new opportunities, and make an impact within our company.

Your key responsibilities are

  • Supporting our global partner network, thus assisting with questions about guidelines, pricing agreements, products, and orders;
  • Actively participating in projects. At Nedap, numerous projects come up. In this role, you get the chance to take on what intrigues you and make it successful. An example of such a project is the automatic invoicing of all our online software services. Previously, this was a manual process, but thanks to automation, the error margin is now virtually zero, and we save a lot of time;
  • Collaborating with the Business Partners to achieve optimal results in the assigned countries. This includes ensuring that they have the correct product knowledge and understand how to apply this as a unique selling point (USP) in the local market.

Our offer

We believe that our employees can be the best version of themselves when we provide them with the best working environment. Nedap ensures that you have everything you need to perform your role in the best way possible. This means that, in addition to good employment conditions, you are given the freedom to arrange your time as you see fit.

What you get as a Sales Operations Specialist:

  • A salary between €3,286 and €3,866 per month (Scale 6) based on 38 hours;
  • A thirteenth month, profit sharing, and an attractive pension;
  • A good work-life balance. You are responsible for your own working hours and vacation days. No one keeps track of this; we trust your own responsibility;
  • We invest in your development! In addition to our comprehensive induction program and personal development trajectory, we are eager to explore your potential with you.
