What are you going to do?
As a Sales Support Specialist, you are the connecting link between our customers, business partners, and colleagues. You support account managers in their daily activities, ensure clear communication toward customers, and enjoy having direct contact with the people you work forYour responsibilities
- You actively contribute ideas, switch quickly, and enjoy taking on questions or bottlenecks;
- Solving problems energizes you, as does helping colleagues and customers move forward;
- You are the trusted point of contact within Nedap for our international customers and represent their interests within the organization;
- You are committed to providing an excellent customer experience, every single day;
- You support various sales and after-sales processes, such as preparing quotations, sharing relevant information, and contributing to projects;
- You directly contribute to smooth collaboration and reliable service delivery.

Required experience and skills
- A completed bachelor’s degree or mbo+ level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Entrepreneurial, accurate, enthusiastic, and decisive.
- Positive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Stress-resistant and flexible.
- You identify opportunities and bottlenecks and act on them proactively.
Good to Know
This role offers room for development and growth within our organization. You are available for at least 28 hours per week and will work an average of two days per week at our office in Groenlo.
