What are you going to do?
As a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer, you will design, build, and enhance our applications. You’ll translate technical concepts into concrete implementations and play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our solutions. Together with your team, you will create innovative solutions that make a real impact in the healthcare sector. Technologies like Ruby on Rails, Turbo, and Stimulus (Hotwire) are central to your daily work.Your responsibilities
- Development: Design and implement new features within our applications;
- Technical vision: Shape and communicate the technical direction of our solutions;
- Team collaboration: Actively participate in code reviews and mentor colleagues;
- Optimization: Focus on code quality, performance, and scalability;
- Innovation: Utilize modern technologies like Hotwire and Ruby on Rails to solve challenges.

Required experience and skills
As a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer, you will have a significant impact on the success of our team. You are:
- Technically skilled: Experienced with Ruby on Rails and Hotwire (Turbo and Stimulus);
- Bilingual: Fluent in both Dutch and English;
- Analytical: Able to simplify complex concepts;
- Proactive: Taking initiative and thinking of innovative solutions;
- Flexible: Comfortable with hybrid working, including regular visits to our offices in Groenlo or Utrecht.
Good to know: You are available for 32-38 hours per week.
